Electro-pneumatic actuation according to ASME BPE
The DM 152V pressure reducing valve comfortably meets the most demanding hygiene standards. Thanks to its external stem guide, this angle valve has virtually no dead space; the materials are FDA and USP Class VI-compliant. The available surface finish ranges from medium-contact Ra ≤ 0.38 µm to Ra ≤ 0.76 µm on the outside (electropolished).
Mankenberg’s portfolio has been expanded to include an electro-pneumatic control system in accordance with ASME BPE. The process medium and the gas for pressure control are separated by an additional chamber in the control system, offering you maximum process reliability. A plug in the chamber facilitates leak testing.
