Data provision in accordance with VDI 2770 sheet 1
On my.Mankenberg we provide you with the customized documentation for your valve. Of course, all requirements for data security and readability from the German VDI guideline 2770 sheet 1 are fulfilled.
VDI Guideline 2770 Sheet 1 is entitled "Operation of process engineering plants - minimum requirements for digital manufacturer information for the process industry - fundamentals" and has been valid since April 2020. It regulates a structured and uniform provision of digital manufacturer documents.
These contain information required for correct design, installation, commissioning, spare parts stocking, operation, cleaning, inspection, maintenance and repair. In addition, there are legal regulations that require the existence of certain manufacturer documents, such as CE declarations of conformity, ATEX certificates or material certificates.
The directive regulates the quality of the information and the way it is provided, e.g
- the classification of documents according to their document type and purpose of use
- the structure of documentation for simple and compound objects
- the document-related metadata to be provided
- file formats to be provided
We have created my.Mankenberg for you in consideration of VDI 2770 sheet 1. This way you receive your documents according to the latest standards, paired with the typical Mankenberg character.
