State-of-the-art technology for tank blanketing valves
We have new members in the Mankenberg product family: the pressure reducing valve DM 755 and its counterpart, the back pressure regulator UV 7.5. The valves have been developed for tank blanketing and control pressures from 0.001 bar.
With the DM 755 and the UV 7.5, we have combined the latest technology and practical experience and adapted it to the requirements of modern plants. The valves offer precise control even in the millibar range.
Their compact dimensions, the new lever mechanism and the modular body give them the greatest possible flexibility at an excellent price-performance ratio.
Shorter delivery times
With the modular body and EASY-ADAPT connection adapters, the two newcomers are the ideal M-BASE item in Mankenberg's M-TIME warehouse and logistics system and are ready for dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation.
More options with fewer and simpler components: With a professional retrofit of the internal parts, the pressure reducing valve can be converted into a back pressure regulator.

Enhanced performance
The stainless steel newcomers can be used for gases and liquids at Kvs values of 0.25 to 4.8 m³/h in pressure ranges from 0.001 to 0.7 bar. Temperature ranges up to 130° C are possible.
Depending on requirements, DIN or ANSI flanges and G or NPT threaded sockets can be fitted directly from stock as standard. Connection sizes from DN 15 to DN 50 are available for the new valves. Other connections, such as tri-clamps, can be realised on request.
